"Strong in Mind, Confident on the Bike"
By women, for women. Because we understand the challenges that mountain biking can bring! We learn from and with each other, and we feel the power within us when we support one another.
Together, we will focus on mental techniques and methods to improve mental strength and enjoy biking more.
Combine this mental training with learning new bike skills to gain more confidence and security.
The modules can be booked individually. However, you’ll get the most out of it if you book the full package.

The workshops are for you if you:

This workshop series is specifically focused on improving your mental strength. Break through your blockages and gain more self-confidence.
Your thoughts influence your actions – and vice versa. That’s why you’ll learn how to identify, break, and transform negative thought patterns into positive energy.
Together, we will address sports "setbacks" – which are often harder on us than on outsiders. The topics of fear and stress will also be a focus, and you’ll learn how to handle these challenges better.
We emphasize practical, hands-on content. The main focus will be on how you can apply these methods directly on the bike.
By the end of the weekend, you'll have a toolbox full of practical, actionable techniques, an extra dose of self-confidence, and plenty of motivation to go full throttle.

The art of self-sabotage in the wild – Practice in the Leogang Bike Park
Where are my problem areas? Which technique do I need to improve? What basic skills am I missing?

Module 3: Sat, 02.08. 14:00 – 17:00 Workshop with Anja
Recognizing and breaking negative thought patterns – The key to more self-confidence.

Module 4: Sun, 03.08. 08:30 – 12:00 Workshop with Anja
Stopping self-sabotage and celebrating successes – How to strengthen your mental resilience.

Module 5: Sun, 03.08. 13:00 – 16:00 Biking with Denise
Free yourself from yourself – Applying what you've learned in the Leogang Bike Park and improving your riding skills to finally get rid of self-doubt.
